This is a campaign based on a collaborative drop between New Balance® and Aimé Leon Dore® to honor the legacy of HBCUs through modern streetwear silhouettes. The collection bridges campus pride with timeless style, telling a story that moves beyond clothing and into history.
Grounded in a deep respect for underrepresented athletic legacies, this collaboration spotlights historic HBCUs whose impact extends far beyond. By choosing these institutions before the more widely recognized names, NB x ALD honors the champions of culture, education, and community. The schools highlighted are: Bowie State University, Bennett College, Tuskegee University, and Cheyney University.
